By downloading, registering, or using the Globetura Admin application or website (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Globetura Admin, operated by Globetura, a division of Gera Services.

2. Description of Service

Globetura Admin provides Platform Administration services through our web platform at globetura.com and mobile applications. Globetura Admin operates as an intermediary platform connecting users with service providers, merchants, or other users as applicable.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Globetura Admin.
  • Users aged 16–18 may use the platform with parental or guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate identity information.
  • False identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by or licensed to Gera Services / Globetura. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Globetura Admin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Globetura Admin acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers on the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globetura Admin, Globetura, Gera Services, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. For cross-border disputes, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
